Our Awesome New Patient Experience
Over the course of many, many years, we have consistently worked to allow our patients to have a most Awesome New Patient Experience in our practice. In our practice, we want you to feel like a member of our family from your very first encounter with our office. You only have to drive by our beautiful new facility, call our office and speak with one of our friendly staff members, or simply walk into our reception area to know that you have found a home. We are a family of caring individuals who are dedicated to providing our patients with the very best that dentistry has to offer. Our goal is for you to have the very best new patient experience possible. For this reason, your initial appointment will include a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums, any necessary radiographs (dental x-rays), a periodontal evaluation (checking for gum disease), digital oral cancer screening, a thorough cleaning and polishing of your teeth, evaluation of your jaw and bite function and a comprehensive review of your prior dental history and any future dental needs that you may have.
Our dentistry is provided in a caring, comfortable, and protected environment. At Keowee Smiles, there is a difference in dentistry and it shows! In our practice, Dr. Dobson and Dr. Gilreath will always take the time to get to know you as a person, listen to your dental needs and concerns, and talk with you in a down to earth and understanding manner in order to plan for your dental care.
As a new patient, we want you to feel not only welcome, but a part of the process. We realize that you have a choice in your dental care provider, and we will never take that honor for granted.
Exam
Dr. Dobson and Dr. Gilreath blend the artistry of their field with an advanced approach to dentistry unequaled in personal attention and professional care. With our exceptional staff of dental health professionals, we plan your treatment to achieve optimum health. When we take care of a patient, we look at the entire person, not just an individual tooth. People often come to us with a single problem but do not take into account how the problem fits within their entire smile, well-being and overall health. This allows our patients to become aware of any problems and be an active participant in their own dental health.
